Nautilus E916 Elliptical Trainer

The Nautilus Commercial Series E916 elliptical is a beautiful machine with solid components.  However, don’t be so quick to pay the $4,999 price tag on this machine just yet.  The company announced in early 2010 that they are selling off their commercial equipment line, and many of these deals can still be found on their website.  The Nautilus Commercial Series E916 elliptical comes equipped with an LCD display that shows its users time, interval time, watts, distance, pulse, speed, resistance, calories, and more. This particular Nautilus model has a fixed-stride machine.   The Nautilus MyStride™ E916 ($5,949), an updated version of this machine, allows the user to vary the stride length up to 30 inches, allowing consumers of all heights and needs to find a workout length that is comfortable for their particular needs.

Some of the impressive features of the Nautilus Commercial Series E916 elliptical are it’s 18″ stride length, the 9 preset programs, Eddy Current Brake (ECB) resistance, 20 resistance levels, wireless HR telemetry, static handlebars with grip heart rate sensors, SyncLink articulating food pedals, rear drive, and a 400 pound user weight capacity.  The length of stride available and the impressive 400 pound user capacity allows for consumers of all sizes and needs to have a comfortable and productive workout.

However, the Nautilus E916 only features a 15 year warranty on its frame, 3 year warranty on parts, and 1 year warranty on labor.  This, as well as the large price tag, may have consumers looking elsewhere for their ellipticals.
