Pros
With its compact size, this elliptical trainer is most excellent in confined spaces or where saving space takes priority. Its transportation wheels also allow you to relocate it without hassles. Utilizing the natural elliptical movement of the machine, it provides a superior and diminishing body workout which eliminates undue pressure on the ankles and joints. The trainer, with its 14” stride length, is capable of backward stride which allows the user to exercise other sets of leg muscles other than the usual, thus providing flexibility to the whole workout. Its dual motion exercise arms on the other hand provides extra upper body workout without putting undue strain on the body and allowing the user to burn more calories in the process.

Its built-in heart and pulse sensor allows the user to continuously monitor his vitals to ascertain whether it is within his target level. With its built-in water bottle holder, you don’t have to go down to quench your thirst since you can easily reach for your favorite thirst quencher.

Cons
The ProGear Air elliptical provides no limitation when it comes to its capacity to give you the best workout possible. However, there have been several complaints from customers regarding the slight asymmetrical in the movement of the crank arm on either side of the machine. This was allegedly due to nuts that are quickly loosens during operation of the machine, no matter how you tighten it every time it gets loose. Personnel from the company admitted as much that they already know of this glitch in their product and have taken steps to correct the matter. This slight problem is most probably corrected by this time, hence this should not be considered as disadvantage of the product anymore.

    • Hi Melissa, I am really sorry to hear that. If you are confident with your assembly, I would suggest you contact both Walmart and Paradigm [Phone: (905) 564-1994 / email: service@paradigmhw.com].

I can’t actually help you much, other than just to give you the user manual: Link
You need to reverse engineer based on Page 9 -16.
