Highlights

Stamina is currently producing a small range of ellipticals. Their “Pedal-only” Ellipticals include two line of products – InMotion Ellipticals and Compact Striders. Both are focused towards easy portability and are meant to provide quick access to a good workout almost anywhere while sitting or standing. On the other hand, there are the Avari ellipticals which come in two variations – one regular compact version with fixed handles and another with magnetic resistance. With movable handles. The Avari Magnetic Elliptical, in particular, is widely considered as an excellent purchase if bought under $600.

Pros

  • Great value for money on the cheaper models.
  • Pedal-only models very convenient for people with a busy schedule.
  • Easy to assemble and use.

Cons

  • Short stride on the compact models.
  • Does not support much weight – only 250lbs on the Avari ellipticals.

Last Thoughts

With Stamina still pretty new to the elliptical market, they have done well to capture more of the casual fitness users with their InMotion and Compact trainers. Their Avari magnetic elliptical is also widely accepted a real bang for the buck regarding quality and performance. Overall, their products may not be well-suited for heavyweight users but can be considered an ideal starting product for the lightweights.
