A trainer for full body workout
If you are looking for a full body workout system that will help you out to tone up various muscle groups top to bottom, this trainer can be the one to make that happen. The quality design and natural 21” stride makes it easier to adjust the machine according to your needs.
The elliptical didn’t occupy too much space in the room where we set it up. The dimension of the machine is as: 31” W X 50” L X 66” H.
Endurance e300 elliptical is made out of steel and finishing is done through electrostatically applied power. The steel body makes it quite durable. The trainer itself weights 250 lbs and can accommodate up to 300 lbs. It is made out of patented center drive design. One of the unique features of the structure is, it was designed to ensure space efficiency but at the same time it maintains stability. The low center of gravity with the combination of a balanced frame keeps the trainer quite stable. There is dual-action lower and upper body with premium handgrips. The close pedal spacing and oversized pedals can easily accommodate any foot size and reduces hip fatigue. The height of the machine is moderate so very easy to access. We found the handles quite effective for moving it from one place to another. So it is highly mobile.
This trainer can be assembled within less than two hours very easily with two persons. The manual provides very accurate directions about how to attach different parts with each other to get it all functional. We had to use some basic tools for assembling the machine which we think is already available in most households.
Heart rate Monitor
E300 uses the contact grip hear rate monitor to transmit heart rate. We could easily access the data with this feature and adjust the programs or resistance levels accordingly.
The machine has a blue LED display that shows different information that you need to have access to about your physical status while working out. The display shows which program you are running while exercising, duration, calories burned, time etc.
Endurance e300 elliptical trainer brings variations in the workout by introducing seven preset programs followed by two customizable programs. There are 20 magnetic resistance levels included in the system. The resistance levels can easily be shifted with the control panel.
One of the obvious downsides with this machine is the price. It costs $2000+, which we feel to be a bit overpriced. Another drawback might be the lack of accessories. Unlike many other elliptical, this trainer doesn’t include a reading rack, speaker or an iPad holder. You will find some other models in the market that includes these features within the same price range. Although these are not mandatory features for working out, but often they are considered to be on the top of the list just to avoid boredom while exercising for longer hours. However, it does have a water bottle holder which is a much needed item as you do need to make sure that you are not getting dehydrated while working out.
This trainer comes with a Lifetime warranty for the frame, 5-year warranty for the parts, 1-year labor warranty and 6-months warranty on wear items. Overall, we thing the warranty package is alright.
We think, for a complete body workout and smooth experience, Endurance e300 elliptical trainer can be a decent option. It is made out of steel to ensure durability so you can use it for a long time. So if you are planning to pay a bit more to get a trainer that will last longer and will help you with overall body workout, we think this machine can be the right choice to make that happen.
