While training with this elliptical, I can easily change the workout stride within the range of 20”-22” which is a useful feature if you are looking to obtain better muscle definition. The power adjustable stride of this trainer can be modified for the use of all the members of the family.

iFit Enabled

iFit® technology allows a user to train in different locations all over the globe. You can train with a celebrity trainer at Paris or simply fly to Puerto Rico with ProForm 1110 E Elliptical Trainer since they have multiple routes stored in the system to make your training experience more spicy. You can train with friends and monitor your progress very closely. However, you need to pay extra cash to get the iFit fitness app. I really wish they included it into the system with the trainer itself.

Accessories

There is a removable iPad holder attached that is located at a point that can easily be accessed while you are training. So if you are planning to arrange some entertainment to get rid of the boredom while working out then this can work just fine. They also have this music port where you can connect your iPod to listen to some music. I can try different foot positions while training with the oversized foot paddles of this machine. Like most of the other elliptical, it comes with a water bottle holder. You do need to make sure that your body is properly hydrated while working out. In order to do so, this elliptical will allow you to reach out for your water bottle whenever necessary.

Silent Magnetic Resistance

Silent Magnetic Resistance or in other words SMR allows me to modify the workout intensity smoothly and I don’t have to stop or slow down for doing that. I like the flow while exercising, so this feature takes care of that nicely.

Accessibility

1110 E Elliptical has its drive system in the front which means you can simply walk-up instead of climbing the drive. The setting is designed to give you the required comfort and smoothness which is important when you are training with an elliptical.

Build Quality

ProForm 1110 E Elliptical Trainer is made out of commercial-gauge solid steel to ensure durability. It can accommodate up to 375 pounds. Front mounted transport wheels are there which makes it really convenient to move this machine from one place to another.

Assembly

Assembly requires two individuals. All the parts are properly numbered so it was really not that difficult to put it altogether. I took my time to make sure that it is done properly. The manual is pretty much detailed, so there is a very little possibility that you will get lost on the way. You can get this machine up and running in less than two hours if you follow the instructions from the manual step by step.

Heart Rate Monitor

The built-in handlebar sensors allow me to monitor my heart rate while I am training with the machine. Now in case you are more of a “hands free” person, the Polar® Wireless Chest Strap can help you out to display your heart rate on the console.

Display

The 7” backlit display is very clearly and easily readable regardless of my angle of view. I can see my heart rate, calories burned, speed, resistance, time, and speed on the screen which helps me to assess my progress while working out with a certain program.

Programs

Just like the other ellipticals, ProForm 1110 E Elliptical Trainer also includes professionally designed workout programs that allows me to focus on different muscle groups to enjoy a complete experience. There are 32 different workout programs included in the system. You will also find 25 different digital resistance levels here. The user friendly console allows me to select a program and get on with it in no time so that I don’t lose the flow at all.

Warranty

This machine comes with a Lifetime Frame Warranty, two year labor warranty and five year Part warranty. Overall I think this offer is pretty decent.

1110 E altogether is a nice addition to the elliptical family. The price is fairly reasonable and considering all the well designed programs included in the machine, you can easily bring in some variations to your everyday work out plan. The machine’s highly informative display will keep you well informed about the progress you are making with it and you can adjust your workouts accordingly to get the best outcome.
